The service
Product Compass is an AI-assisted product strategy service currently offered in early access. Features, availability, and pricing may change while the service is in early access.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when requesting access.
- Only share product information you have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Output and advice
Product Compass produces analysis generated with the help of AI. It is provided to inform your decisions, not replace them. We do not guarantee that any assessment, score, or roadmap is complete or correct, and you remain responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Intellectual property
The Product Compass framework, software, and website content belong to MERAKI.INC. You keep ownership of the product information you provide to us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MERAKI.INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
